On Thursday, January 29th, Garden’s will transform into a magical place bathed in candlelight. A tasting ritual, an exceptional atmosphere full of the living energy of the kitchen, perfect food and carefully paired wines await you – a feeling you won’t experience anywhere else in Prague.
We start at 5:00 PM, but arrival is possible until 7:00 PM. So come at a time that suits you so that you can enjoy the entire menu in peace and without time pressure. We accept reservations through our reservation system. The price of the tasting is 1,990 CZK/person and includes a 6-course tasting menu and an open wine tasting with each course. Due to limited capacity, do not delay your reservation.

Let yourself be surprised by the innovative approach of our chefs and indulge in the elegant, creamy taste of faux gras, prepared purely from cashew nuts, complemented by brioche toasted over an open fire. Instead of the traditional foie gras path, we choose a delicacy that honors gastronomic tradition without giving up modern values and a sensitive approach.

The main course will be venison filet mignon á la Rossini. In this classic preparation, we combine the legacy of haute cuisine with respect for the ingredient, whose uniqueness comes from its origin.
A light, refreshing interlude will be sour apple sorbet with pine needles and aquavit, designed to cleanse the palate before the sweet spot.
The elegant end to the evening will be velvet pear with pistachio bombardine – a velvety soft dessert from the workshop of master pastry chef Radek Čejka.
